1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.

2. Professional Conduct

Our home massage services strictly adhere to professional and therapeutic standards. Any inappropriate requests or conduct from clients will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and permanent ban from our services.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health and Liability

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or physical ailments prior to the session. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if they believe it poses a health risk. Dubai Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries arising from undisclosed conditions.
